Unlocking Rewards

By earning points through various tasks and activities, users can unlock rewards that you, the partner, have set up. Points are not directly spendable but rather accumulate over time to unlock different reward tiers or milestones.

You have the flexibility to offer various types of rewards, such as exclusive content, discounts, merchandise, virtual badges, or event experiences. These rewards should align with your brand and resonate with your target audience, incentivizing them to engage more deeply with your social media presence and earn points.

Through the admin interface, you can create and update rewards, set their point requirements, manage reward availability, and track reward redemptions.

Once a user has accumulated enough points to unlock a specific reward, a system will be in place to deliver that reward to the user, such as sending them a mini-guide, email notifications, or other methods.
