Accessing the Dashboard
Log in to the Ultrade White Label Admin Panel (WLAP)
Click on the "Affiliates" section in the left-side navigation menu
Land on the comprehensive Affiliates Management Dashboard
Dashboard Overview Panels
The dashboard provides four critical overview panels to give you an immediate snapshot of your affiliate ecosystem:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue: Total revenue generated through affiliate referrals
Users Referred: Cumulative number of users brought in by affiliates
Rewards Earned: Total commissions paid to affiliates
Affiliate URL: Your unique platform integration URL for generating affiliate links
Affiliates List Management
Detailed Affiliate Metrics
Each affiliate in your network is represented with comprehensive information:
Affiliate Name: Unique identifier for the affiliate
Date Joined: When the affiliate became part of your network
Referral Count: Total number of users referred
Revenue Generated: Cumulative revenue attributed to this affiliate
Current Fee Share %: Agreed commission percentage
Status: Current affiliate activation status (Active/Inactive)
Actions: Quick access to edit, deactivate, or view detailed statistics
List Interaction Features
Sorting: Dynamically reorder the list by clicking column headers
Filtering: Advanced search and filter capabilities to find specific affiliates
Multi-Selection: Batch edit fee sharing for multiple affiliates simultaneously
Select affiliates using checkboxes
Use dropdown chevron to apply bulk actions
